General Conditions

1.- The main objective of Hispano Continental the teaching of the Spanish language for foreigners. The school was founded in 1989 with the purpose of providing an enjoyable atmosphere to learn our language and culture.

2.- In order to inscribe yourself in one of our courses you need to:

You will also need to send us a proof of payment of 150 Euros as a way to assure the reservation of your place. This money will be taken off the total price of your course.

3.- The payment of the course may be done:

At our office, on the first day of the course, in cash or with credit card.
On-line.
With a bank transfer to the following account:

All Payments must be done in Euros and must be free of bank charges.

4.- Cancelations:

If the student cancels the course before his or her arrival, H.C. will give him or her all the money back except for the matriculation fee (150 Euros). If the course has already started, we will reserve him or her a place in any of our courses for a whole year.

5.- The Price of the course does not include the school materials. The cost of all the materials the student will receive at our School is 12 Euros/4 weeks.

6.- Timetable:

The office opens from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00. On Fridays the school opens from 9:00 to 14:00. Courses start every Monday of the year except for the beginner level. The starting dates 2011 for beginners are:10th January,31st January, 28th February,4th April,2nd May,6th June,4th July,1st August,5th September,3rd October,7th November,5th December.
Classes take place from 9:00 to 15:00.
Classes last for 50 minutes, and are scheduled as follows:
- 9:10-11:00 Classes
- 11:00-11:30 Break
- 11:30-13:00 Classes
- 13:05-14:00 Classes
- 14:05-15:00 Classes
In the afternoons the School is opened for the realization of various activities, and the students are free to use its installations.

7.- Certificates and diplomas

In order to obtain a certificate or a diploma at Hispano Continental the student has to attend 90% of our classes. If the students takes an examination at the end of the course they will be given a diploma with a grade, their level of Spanish and the number of hours of class attended. If the students do not take an examination they will get a certificate of attendance with the number of hours of class attended and their level of Spanish.

8.- The School closes on the following days in 2012:

The school will remain closed from the 24^th of December 2012 to the 6^th of January 2013.
